If your location is outside our standard pickup areas, we’ll coordinate a nearby meeting point in advance.

We strongly recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth experience. If you are not present at your pickup location within the 5-minute grace period, the driver will proceed to the next scheduled stop to avoid delays for other guests.
